Pallet Molds

Pallet molds are designed for producing heavy-duty plastic pallets used in warehousing, logistics, and industrial transport. These molds must deliver structurally robust products capable of handling heavy loads, resisting impact, and enduring harsh handling conditions.

Due to the large size and complexity of pallets, molds are typically single-cavity and made from high-grade, wear-resistant steels. Cooling efficiency and mold rigidity are prioritized to prevent deformation, especially in parts subjected to high-pressure filling and long cycle times. Mold structures often include multiple sliders, lifters, or hydraulic systems for core pulling.

Plastic pallets may be designed with one-way or reversible structures, with or without steel reinforcements, depending on the intended use. The molds accommodate different surface textures such as anti-slip finishes, branding, or QR code embossing. Mold maintenance and access for cleaning are also considered due to the size and operating pressure of the system.

Materials like recycled PP or HDPE are commonly used to reduce cost and environmental impact. The mold can be tailored for different pallet styles, including stackable, nestable, or rackable designs.
