CNC Machining

During CNC machining, operators follow programs provided by engineering staff to complete the following steps:
1.Select appropriate mold steel and electrode materials (copper or graphite).
2.Mount the workpiece on the CNC table, set the zero point, and input initial parameters.
3.Load and verify the machining program, confirming mold ID, part number, and electrode ID.
4.Monitor the entire process to ensure dimensional accuracy and make real-time adjustments if needed.

Electrospark Machining (EDM)

EDM is used for fine processing of complex shapes and precision parts, ensuring they meet technical requirements:
1.Polished electrodes are installed and processed using EDM equipment.
2.Operators set the zero point and input necessary parameters.
3.Fluid flow is carefully controlled to prevent carbon buildup and enhance surface finish.
4.Measurement tools or probes are used to monitor dimensions and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Mold Finishing

This stage involves detailed finishing of mold components to meet final assembly requirements:
1.Fine-tuning of inserts, cavities, and cooling channels is performed.
2.Key details such as chamfers, venting slots, and surface smoothness are inspected.
3.Manual polishing is applied to improve surface finish and demolding performance.

Assembly & Testing

Mold assembly is a critical step that directly affects final performance and is handled by experienced technicians:
1.All components are assembled with precision to ensure tight alignment.
2.Key systems such as mold opening/closing, sliders, and ejection units are debugged and tested.
3.Trial runs are conducted to evaluate injection molding performance and optimize mold structure if needed.
4.A final quality check is carried out before delivery to ensure the mold meets all customer requirements.
